Noticing cold weather charging in San Diego is impacting charging levels in San Diego

Something is amiss.. it's not 'that' cold in SD even now... it has been in the high 30's at night at worst. Do you have notifications on your app for when the charge is complete? You could see the range when then charge was finished. The car is still getting charged appropriately... you are probably losing a few (maybe a bit more than a few depending on how long the gap is from charge complete to driving) miles with the lower temperatures... it really shouldn't matter. You could schedule the charge to end closer to when you start driving if it helps.
The folks in the Midwest are experiencing temps 50 degrees colder, it's embarrassing to call our weather "cold"

I still don’t know what you mean. Can you elaborate a bit more about what you’re seeing and why you think it’s not normal? Charging where? With what equipment?
Home charging, usually we get 80% at around 250 miles. Recently at night when it's been colder we have been getting less. I think she has been leaving the Sentry Mode on. That could be it in part? Not all that concerned. Maybe just a glitch?
