Octopus Go tariff billing

I think there is more than one problem here with billing. I have checked via the API and I have zero missing reads, every half hour has a value. Yet I have never ever received an automated bill. I've checked this several times now over the last year.

When I ask, one is generated very quickly, there isn't any fudging going on their end.

I am not convinced the root problem is simply a meter reading problem.
 
Got my updated bill till 18th March but checking the API data they didn't correct any of the missing readings so they just did a manual adjustment!
At least I know I'm not really £999.99 in credit anymore. Only down to £530 in credit now...
 
I hadn't had a bill from them since the beginning of January. A quick DM on Twitter and they responded in less than 10 minutes. I had updated bills 10 minutes after that.
Don't bother emailing or ringing them as they take ages. Go via Twatter and they respond much more quickly.
