It's strange. In any other industry/company if a customer agreed to purchase something, paid money down on it to reserve said product then had someone else come along and place an order after them but get it delivered months before them...you'd call that fraud.
If the company who sold it to the other customer booked that revenue and reported it to the SEC and investors to boost their quarter-end numbers you'd call that false reporting. If they did so after very publicly raising the price of the product well it seems like the FTC might want to know about that.

Please do.. All that Mobile charger fiasco, Tesla had to change its stance cause they got so much backlash from different sources. We might not see this issue reported from news/media outlet, but if it catches Elon attention, might be worth something.
