The left falcon wing door on my Model X was exhibiting a squeak when fully extending. The service center did a great job getting rid of the squeak and also aligning it better (the handles on the driver side door and FWD now align perfectly). However, I've noticed that the adjusted door is a tad bit more noisy when opening/closing vs. the other FWD. It's hard to describe other than it sounds a bit more like "plastic rubbing against plastic" when opening/closing. Here is what the service center did on this last repair:
"Verified concern. Found left racetrack trim rubbing on hinge when opening. Adjusted left racetrack trim for best fitment. Cycled door and confirmed repairs."
I'm leaning towards not taking it back for another adjustment, because the squeak is gone and the alignment is visually perfect. You don't even hear this plastic-like noises when the radio is on.
