I can't think of any time in history we've been doing SERIOUS races between two cars, one costing literally double the other.

The Audi should have been running against a comparably priced S. Apples to apples.

I think they are going off similar specs and not price as a better comparison. RS6 is running around 580hp. That would not be a close race against a Performance S Raven.

I guess similar to the drag races between the Performance S vs the GT500. The MS destroyed it, but the HP was similar while the Tesla will end up being like $15k more.

I'm looking forward to the Tesla Model S Plaid absolutely destroying the PorscheTaycan this year at the Nurburgring. I imagine the weather starts getting good around April-June. That's going to be seriously embarrassing for Porsche and their illustrious history to be shown the door by upstart Tesla!

Fair. But not anywhere close to this price range.

Let me clarify further:

This price range. A four-door practical car. With this kind of mpg. Isn’t destroying planet.
