Will do! Let us know how yours turns out too! I was just curious the production timeframe for our VIN range...I hope these are not cars that have been sitting around or rejected by others! It’s amazing how these forums help us sooo much and drive us crazy at the same time....I’ve never cared about VINs or production dates or stickers on doors prior to being a Tesla owner hahahaha....
I don’t think they have been sitting around for awhile. I ordered in August and getting deliver end of September, with the same starting VIN.

I'm due to pick up 631XX next week, so I put it into the United Road trace tool, and it didn't come up. I calculated nearby VINs and tried those, and I got a hit a few lower (moved from Fremont to railhead first week of Sep) and a few higher (moved from Fremont to railhead last week). Most nearby VINs in Troy's spreadsheet are the same body color. So: either they were making and storing, at Fremont, completed cars in configurations they didn't even offer 4 months ago -- or they're assigning batches of VIN numbers substantially out of order to when they're actually assembled and produced.

I am scheduled to pick up my P3D+ red black interior 632XX on 6/29 in Cleveland. Originally I was scheduled for deliver 9/17 but was told that the car was en route to Chicago and then Cleveland on 9/27. I had a conflict on 9/28 so I chose 9/29. When IDA rescheduled the VIN disappeared, but he told me it was the same. Since then Tesla has finally added trade in allowance. IDA said the VIN is the same. Last contact was I was still good to go 9/29 and should receive finalized MVPA 3 days ahead. It is all hands on deck at Tesla, the IDA normally works in solar, but was re-tasked to set up deliveries. I've also tried my VIN in United Road, but I've not had a result.

Seems many of us are encountering issues tracking our VINs on their system. I was able to successfully find my car's location last night, but I'm getting the "cannot find" error today. Maybe United Road's system is down ATM?

Successful delivery at Costa Mesa today, had to wait for just a little bit and no issues at all with the car. VIN 754xx and built 9/18. My advisor said they deliver 100-170 per day, thanks everyone for the thread...I can finally stop refreshing my page...was worth the wait...thing is a beast....also they only charged my car to about 200 miles but oh well

Victory Secured on Day 902 :)

Austin Service Center was overwhelmed and running very late. It was 2 hours past my appointment time before my car was ready for me. Luckily build quality is just fine. No paint or body panel issues. Only thing is the front undercarriage cover popped out on one side (see pic) and was missing 2 plastic clips. I popped it back in and service dept gave me 2 new clips, then I was on my way :)

Not much of a surprise, but just got a text from the delivery folks. Our car supposedly didn't arrive at the location that was going to deliver it to our home tomorrow morning. The same "we'll try again early next week" as last time. If I collected all the names of the delivery specialist, IDAs, ISAs, CSRs, and senior directors that have contacted us or dealt with our documents, I could probably fill my whole office with people trying to deliver a single car.

Poor folks, could've saved themselves so much work if they just started with "We expect to deliver your car by November." My expectations would've been met, and all these MVPAs and email/text exchanges could've been avoided. I'm going to stop responding until they tell me that the car is in front of a store or my house and they just need my signature on the delivery sheet...

Love the 3 in white...if my wife’s Lexus wasn’t white I would have gotten white. Is your car parked on a slope there? Fender gap looks less than other p3d+ I’ve seen pics of...looks good!!

Finally got my car delivered tonight. Appointment at 8pm and he showed up 9:30 so my kids already went to bed. I looked around inside my garage and didn’t notice any defect. Drove around for a bit and didn’t notice any noise, at least not as bad as my X. Seems like a pretty good and solid build. VIN 84k. I got the little model 3 model car in the compartment. Didn’t know they were still giving these out.

My same exact VIN showed back up in my account exactly 7 days before delivery.

So, my VIN disappeared from my account earlier this week and my IDA indicated to me that the VIN was still assigned to me but that Tesla didn't want to expose them to soon-to-be owners. Sure, OK. Well, my delivery is scheduled for 09/29 and much like you just said, my VIN is again displayed on my account... 7 days before scheduled delivery. 09/29 seems to be the big Q3 date so let's hope Tesla pulls it off.
