Reading this is getting me so annoyed with Tesla. People who ordered an identical config to me days/almost a week after me have vins and deliveries and I haven’t gotten anything after tons of calls. I am really starting to hope a competitor catches Tesla and forces them to take customer service seriously.

I think it’s most likely based on location. So if you live on the East Coast, you’re not likely to get a car from the Fremont factory. Just a guess.
According to my OA it is the exact opposite. East coast deliveries are assigned first and leave the factory first because they take the longest to travel.
I too was feeling this frustration, but we're doing this outside of Tesla's process so best to let them do their magic.
I'm in PA and there are deliveries scheduled in PA, NY, MD. I took a stab at updating the most recent list with current status (bold are delivery dates)

Sorry. Off topic, but how does everyone get an owner advisor? It seems like some are super proactive and that can have benefits and other say place the order online and wait with no communication with a Tesla employee.

Same. I hated to have to do it but I also have a reservation on a Taycan. I called my owner advisor and told him I was displeased that people who ordered after me, further from the factory than me, identical config as me were getting VINs before me. If I don’t get a VIN by Monday I’m just going to cancel and wait for the Taycan. Love Tesla, but I can’t give 70k to a company that is ****ing around like this.

No VIN yet, but I finally got thru to a human at the San Francisco delivery center and she said the orders are starting to get assigned.
I also have a trade-in but never had to provide anything other than the VIN.
