It will be interesting to see if Chevy starts a trend about reporting usable kWh of battery instead of gross size.

They already pee'd in the cornflakes of the other automakers by using the tighter SAE HP spec before it was widely adopted.
 
Is it known whether L2 or L1 charging ?
The efficiencies differ, but for a ball-park estimate I use 15% charging losses.

If 68 kWh consumed at the wall, then 68*0.85 = 57.8 kWh went into the battery.
I'm guessing it was L2. Sounded like they started charging around 11pm and then they checked it "the next morning" and it was full. With a supposed 9 hour charging time on L2, seems unlikely it was L1.
