It has come to my attention that some of our well respected and talented forum members feel hindered by TMC rules and regulations applying to new product advertisement and sales. Case in point - the CAN logger discussion over in wk's thread. What exactly do these rules stipulate? IMO, if someone wishes to offer a $100 fully assembled CAN logger then they are doing us all a favor. We should foster innovation and curiosity instead of squashing it under the pretense of "commercial product placement." We allow folks to sell $100,000 cars thru TMC and yet we draw the line for someone wishing to recoup costs associated with assembling a performance logger for the hardcore enthusiast? Where is the sense in all this? What am I missing?
