Wondering how many of you have done it. Like putting an order on IX. Tempted to do it.

This has become a bad habit of mine. When reservation prices are cheap and refundable, I jump in and make them just in case I want to make the switch (downgrade?) down the line. So far, I have $100 reservations on:

• Apterra
• Ford Lightning
• Atlis
• Cadillac Lyriq

Also have two Cybertrucks reserved, too. No idea what's wrong with me...

Yep.

• EV6 (earliest I expect is end of 2022)
• Two Mach-Es (long story) - mid/late 2022.
• Rivian R1S (2023)
  
  They are hedges against the Model Y not living up to my expectations (i.e I hate it) when it arrives late 2021 or early 2022.
