I ordered MYP QS on 05/15. Pretty sure I would not have a vin rn if I didn't find one in inventory and go in person to have a local sales advisor assign it to me right then and there.
Everyone hold strong. Took just a bit over 6 weeks to get my car. I had to drive down to the local showroom to get an advisor to help me assign an inventory vehicle.
The upside is that the Quicksilver is the BEST colorway hands down. The local tinter even asked if he could take photos to post for his business after finishing the tint job.

Wish we had a local showroom. Our “advisors” are all the way across the country from us. There has not been anything matching what we ordered in inventory within a reasonable driving distance from our home. We do not want to have pay for flights or for an hotel to pick up our car.
Ordered on May 17. Still no vin and we suddenly lost our loan approval today. Our advisors told us if we had to reapply, we would get the same rate but I am not sure they know what they are talking about. One of the advisors had also said we had 60 days on the loan approval and apparently that was not accurate.
Does this mean we are out of the cue? Has anyone else had their load expire yet?
Ours just got pushed too. I’m not even sure how many times we have been pushed at this point. It’s been almost 7 weeks since our order. Did you order white interior? They told us today that the white interior like we ordered is hard to get (however, I have seen seen many pop up with white interior)

I’ve seen a bunch pop up too but they’re all 300 miles south of me. Makes no sense
I don’t think we have seen any quicksilver with white interior anywhere near us in inventory that also had the older battery. We have seen some on the drone footsge
That is good to hear! Wish we could get an advisor to respond to us so we can get our loan re done. Are we out of the queue until we get that resolved? After emailing them yesterday, they called us yesterday to let us know that someone would call us. So we are waiting for that to know how to proceed.
Feels like we are the only ones who had the loan expire in 45 days and who doesn’t have a Vin.
Which battery did you get? Our advisor told us today that all the cars we saw on drone footage coming from gigatexas right now are not the one with the tax credit. (not sure I am convinced she actually knows what is coming out of the factory right now or not but I’m curious what you got)
It’s probably been discussed before, but going to ask again. There is one showing up in inventory, only difference is black interior instead of white we ordered. Still don’t buy the takes longer because of white interior line.
Going to try and jump on it in the morning, since it’s been 7 weeks now, and no sign of us getting our build. And already had to reapply once now. Says it’s in transit, said that for a few days now. Being in transit, that should not be a car that was ever rejected, correct? It’s about 3 1/2 hour drive, so don’t want to get there and something be wrong.

Hi, I am in Austin as well. Did you have to mention anything regarding the front plate? I want to install my own plate holder.
