hey can u show a pic of when u meant with this one? 1) The hardest part for this bumper to fit perfectly is to cut old center top edges hole clips from old then plastic weld them to the new bumper. There's 3 parts that needed to retrofit the new bumper to work and keep everything original.
1) The hardest part for this bumper to fit perfectly is to cut old center top edges hole clips from old then plastic weld them to the new bumper.
2) Next is to cut the old duct and plastic weld them to the new bumper to make it reach to the duct opening.
3) Reinforcement bar need to cut both end to fit foglights and bottom to fit air duct.
All sensors remove from old with bracket and re-glue to the new bumpet. Fog light still trouble since it's a 3 pins instead of 6 pins.
Here's the picture. I didn't have a chance to repaint the bumper.hey can u show a pic of when u meant with this one? 1) The hardest part for this bumper to fit perfectly is to cut old center top edges hole clips from old then plastic weld them to the new bumper.
can u please circle where u mean that u cut? thank u manHere's the picture. I didn't have a chance to repaint the bumper.
Look at your old bumper vs the refresh, the middle top part are different on the refresh. You will need to cut both top part to weld+glue it back to match the old bumper (mine all in white with glue and weld) . You will see it when you get a hand on both of them.can u please circle where u mean that u cut? thank u man
I've stop working on for awhile. Been very busy. You try it and let me know
hey gm arte u able to let us know what custom work u did to get them to work please?Pictures on my custom job refreshing front bumper
Same size just lots of custom work in making fog lights work
thers markings on the inside of the bumper a circle with an x in it thats where they go, and u just use the holder from the old bumper and glue to the new and you are good to goThose of you that are sourcing facelift bumpers, how are you tackling them not having the holes for parking sensors?
