Sorry I have another question, first time Tesla pick up. I am at the Agreement page and this is what I see. It says that there is already a 106 mile on this vehicle? Is this typical? Usually this only happens if its a loaner or test vehicle at the dealer right?

We had our 2020 Model X delivered with 15 miles on it. My 2021 Model Y had 7 miles. I wouldn’t think twice about the 106 miles. I imagine that it’s one of the first deliveries that Tesla did extra testing to ensure it was up to par since they aren’t pushing them out at a high pace yet.

If anyone is interested, I drove by to check for MXs parked, and spotted quite a few, like, A LOT. I also have a video of them seemingly testing the take off speed.

Unless it required extra testing after each issue they found.

I don’t think this delivery happing tomorrow 1- he just joined the forum today. 2- they called today to offer pick up tomorrow, how about finance, were they expecting him to pay cash on the spot.3- why just him ? not any one else will get a car tomorrow .

I agree it seems fishy.. but finance literally takes a few minutes to get so that shouldn’t be an issue

Mine says I'm paying cash even though I'm not. I'm waiting for a vin before doing any of that. So that could be why?

Also, keep in mind that not every single reservation holder is on this forum. We're just a fraction I'm sure.

I’m new to Tesla (this will be my first). I’ve seen this type of comment a couple times regarding a 2022 VIN vs a 2021 VIN. if the vehicles are the same what difference does the VIN year make?
When you need parts in the future, which 2021 MX do you have? That will be confusing

Also future trade in and resale value. 2022 will be higher valued. And the price you pay now or January is the same.
