I own a car wash. A customer brought his vehicle for a car wash. Now he is suing us with the claim that we sprayed water on delicate parts which caused the Tesla to suddenly stop while crossing a bridge over an ocean. He went to look for a tow truck but high tide submerged the vehicle. Now is there a way to pull out data from a water submerged Tesla record of any errors of vehicle getting 'stuck' or did he do it on purpose and left the vehicle in a rising tide area.

We don't have a Tesla dealer in our country. I live in Oman
Maybe you can find an independent shop who can try to retrieve the data, with the customer’s permission. My point was that if I’m suing someone and the data from the car can help prove or disprove allegations, I’m not going to trust the person I’m suing to retrieve that data.
