Which is probably why we should eliminate all tax deductions, trusts, schemes, incorporation etc. Al it does is create an industry of non-productive effort in tax accountants and lawyers. Earn income, pay a progressive rate of tax on it. Simples.

Non-progressive taxation disproportionally affects those least able to afford it.
