Huge put:call premium discrepancy again this week. $100 OTM puts are $3.00 and $100 OTM calls are $0.55. I wasn’t planning on selling covered calls this week anyways, but this clinches it.

Not yet for me. I'm bullish on the stock and the Call premiums are simply not there for where I feel safe
Sold an 880 and two 900s. As daring as I'm willing to get with still being down 100 shares and rolling that put.
Cashed in on 10/8 780 Calls.
Sold 12 BPS at -750/+740
like .98c for 10$ spread. Per strike prices low risk, but still big risk for losses. ~ 10% gains or 100% losses
In the past like 1-2 yrs back, I have been dinged badly on these types of spreads.
However rather be seller than buyer for these short term trades. (At work can't baby sit the trades and these change fast)

I like $100 spreads personally. Better profit than naked puts and room to adjust if the SP drops.Cashed in on 10/8 780 Calls.

Opened $100 spread BPS on Friday -700/+600. Some do $200 spreads, some $50 YMMV

We've broken through $800 which was resistant level.

I believe when an Options alert states " sweep near the ask " it is a very bullish indicator for the underlying.
A Sweep is when a very large order is broken up into smaller ones to facilitate filling the order more quickly.
Yep, my 630/730s are in the same boat. If it dips hard will open up more, but will wait for tomorrow for closing out the short puts to free up cash.

Are you holding off on writing another trade because of this position? If so, maybe yes. If not, you're in a high probability trade. No reason to close it yet if you're not going to do something else.
Just the way I look at it.
I closed the BPS in my IRA for 82% profit and bought shares. I will keep an eye on the rest and probably will close and open new positions sometime today

No, that's the kicker and why I'm not at this time exiting the position. I currently don't have anything I want to enter. It's too early for me to be looking at 10/15 expirations, so I'll just keep an eye on Max Pain tomorrow and see where I might write that BCS to finish out the IC. Premiums are small for calls, but going far out enough would just be icing on some very delicious cake this week.

Downward pressure right now. Have some opportunity sell some more BPS it looks like.
Gotta go see what cash I can scrape up for this, seems like a no-brainer.
