True Story : Lived on 10th floor condo in the 1990's and was watching a game on Sunday afternoon when I catch what I thought was a shadow across my window out of my peripheral vision. Twenty minutes later I hear sirens, and look down to see a very busy parking lot with a tarp covering something. Turns out the 24th floor condo owner above me was watering plants on his balcony standing on a chair with rolling castors. His wife didn't realize he was missing when the authorities knocked on her door. Tragic and strange.
Well, in defense of guilty unsafe culprits, at least they tackle problems in very creative ways
This guy tops it, not because he managed to walk for fun on a rope between World Trade Center Towers, but because he managed to install complicated gear on top of towers pass the buildings security.
