I found any number of posts on Unplugged Performance parts and the fact that there have been delivery delays, but not about the company as such. Have people found them to do good work, honest, etc.?
I have almost all their suspension parts (coilovers, sway bars, control arms, etc) and the ascension front bumper. All the parts were installed by them. I have no complaints. Install and parts were are very good.
Yes all their parts are quality and backed by a USA company so if there are any unforeseen issues they got you covered. I have a laundry list of their parts and I’ve had no regrets
Does anyone have any experience with Tesla Service Centers and Unplugged Performance front bumpers?
I ordered a front bumper in January after a collission on the highway. It's March and I haven't received a tracking number and worst of all: The service center said I need to have an OEM bumper for them to replace a USS on my car.
So I'm going to have to buy an OEM bumper while I'm waiting on the Unplugged Performance bumper I may no longer need and should possibly not install on my car. They haven't responded to my phone call or email to cancel my order yet. We'll see how that goes...
I need to delete the above post. I don’t know what’s happening with my repair and the service center but will find out. Spencer at Unplugged has been helping me and we will get it figured out. They have been cool.
To throw in a different experience, I ordered a spoiler from them eleven months ago and still don't have an ETA for when they're going to manufacture it.
