More than likely something just needs to be lubricated. Worst case there is a bushing or something that is defective from the factory.
You really should have this diagnosed by your local service center.
The service hotline will give you guidance on that when you call in to report the issue
Its when the car is coasting with no brakes applied. I thought it was the brakes at first, but noticed its only when turning left.
A co-worker who had a Model 3 delivered early June had exactly this issue, the problem is somewhere in the the brake clip hardware, and Tesla ordered replacement clips and installed them (they offered to send a mobile tech to do the work, although he opted to go to the service centre). They seemed to be aware of the issue.
