Still on 2023.2.12...

I mean I thought I had waited long when I started this thread...but man the fact that there are still 2.12's out there really does boggle the mind and does go against the advertised "roll out frequent OTA updates to improve and offer new features" mantra that the sales teams have...sorry peeps that are still stuck. Hope that your update comes soon. I still get random Apple Music disconnects on 2023.12.1 and I have to hear my kids complaining that they have top use their phones to play songs...again #FirstWorldProblems lol

So I guess it is true that you just need to post to this thread to force your update 😜🙃

Is there a way to see what percentage of cars never got 2023.6 and went straight from 2023.2 -> 2023.12?
On TeslaFi (if you are a subscriber), you can see - for any software release - what the breakdown of previous software version and subsequent software version are.

For 2023.12.1.1, 17% of cars on TeslaFi have gone straight from 2023.2.12 to 2023.12.1.1, and just about everyone else has gone to an intermediate software version (2023.6.* or 2023.12.1) before going to 2023.12.1.1.

FYI, my car became worthy of 2023.12.1.1 an hour or so ago (after 67 days on 2023.2.12) and it has downloaded and is installing now.

Finally!!!! (Albeit slowly)
Make sure you allow plenty of time for the actual installation too before you want to use your car.

On my car (2021 Model 3 with Intel Atom MCU) the installation process took 44 minutes, which is the longest I have ever had by a fair margin - I guess because it was such a big jump forward from the 2023.2.12 I was running before, so nearly everything needed updating.
