Can you help me design a sealed box to fit in the trunk we'll? I don't think it's possible in anyway to make my 13.5" sub hidden and be able to put the well lid cover on

Shesmyne2 | June 9, 2013
Rear seats up (normal).
44" front to back. 19" high to parcel shelf level at the rear.
38 1/2" width front, 64" width rear.
Well: 39" wide, 20" front to rear, 10" deep.

Physical Specifications

Wall Thickness 0.75 in / 19 mm
Front Baffle Thickness 1.0 in / 25 mm
Volume (net int.) 1.875 cu ft / 53.1 L
External Width (W) 16 in / 407 mm
External Height (H) 16 in / 407 mm
External Depth (D) 18.875 in / 479 mm
F3 37.4 Hz
Fc 40.5 Hz

Enclosure Notes
Net volumes given above do not include the air volume displaced by the speaker (Driver Displacement). This value must be added to the net volume along with the displacement of any braces and/or ports (if applicable) to arrive at a gross internal volume. Air inside a port is not part of the effective net volume. Calculate ports as solid, not hollow objects.

* The W7’s employ a pole vent to remove heat and pressure from the inside of the speaker. This vent is located at the rear of the speaker. A minimum distance of 0.75 in (19 mm) is required between the back of the speaker and any wall of the enclosure to allow proper operation of the pole vent.

The dimensions given for the enclosure examples above take all applicable displacements into consideration

Safety Notice
It is absolutely essential that the completed subwoofer enclosure is mounted firmly to the vehicle with heavy steel bolts (0.5 in diameter) and large steel washers on both sides of the bolts. This will reduce the likelihood of occupant injury in the event of a collision or sudden deceleration.

I wanna do the nvx subwoofer install. I understand the left dash speaker wires but there’s been a lot of different things I’ve heard on the right side. Grey, grey black in the big white connector. Blue, blue- black in the small grey connector. So now I saw you said brown. So I decided to pull the panel off and snoop around. This is what mine looks like in my 2014 ms. Am I suppose to go with the brown wires In the big white connector for the right side speaker wires. Any info would be a huge help. Also, on a side note I noticed this other white connector in there. I took a pic. It’s the one I’m holding. Does anyone know what it’s for?

Did you end up going with the brown/ brown black? My wires look the same as yours and I’m trying to figure it out. What did you do for the left side?
