All the chargers are in place with garbage bags over them. No Tesla Parking Only signs as of yet. Construction continues on the backside where the cabinets are. The project should be done with in the following weeks.

Not exactly an apples to apples comparison.

One EA charging stall has a peak output of 250kw, approximately 3.5 times what each Tesla charging stall. If you know anything about "demand" power charges, you know that pulling 250kw just for a few minutes vs. 72 kw, will cause you to have a much higher power bill (much higher than 3.5X).

But we get your point, 10 occupied Tesla stalls vs. 1-2 occupied EA stalls.

Tesla does utilize batteries to arbitrage and keep demand down as well (classic example is Kettleman City, CA but their are other locations).

Went by the mission video supercharger today, looks like everything in the area is complete. But the chargers are still covered in plastic.

No idea why they aren't on yet, but they did paint the floor to say EV Parking Only now in all the spots.

Just dropped by today and the plastic bags are off. They still aren't showing up on the app, but I think they are good to go. No one is following the EV parking only signs though

Talked to the installer Wednesday. He was there waiting for the inspector to show up and sign off on the installation. He said it would take about a week for the electric company to turn on the juice.
