Unfortunately this is like seeing a framed house and thinking it's almost done...I will be surprised if the I95 rest stop SCs in MD are turned on before Labor Day.

Ahh, I don't know. If all goes smoothly with utilities and such (Which generally it seems most SCs have been lately, not that that really has any bearing), I think at least Aberdeen will be up by Labor Day. Looks like really good progress here. Heck, if the stars line up, could be up in a week!
@Xenius, There is only one nose-in stall at Aberdeen and it's on the left side, out of view in that photo. A trailer would stick out in the travel portion of the parking lot. Maybe useful for a vehicle with a bike rack though.
Yup, needed some more time away so drove down and back via toll avoidance routes for some recon, not open yet. Meter is installed and switchgear/supercharger walls are up. Stalls unnumbered.
Those black and green cables in the first picture are obviously not connected yet. They go into the box behind them and then the plate laying on the ground is bolted over the opening they are currently coming out of.
Barriers are back up, looks like they are doing the paver stones. No idea where the transformer on this install is located, probably by the main building.
The ClipperCreek at the handicap spots is coned off, no power.
