Tesla map shows this as being offline. Anyone been here lately. PlugShare shows last activity 5 days ago.

I decided to chance it and it is up and working. The navigation says it is down but several charging here currently.

The chargers were working great when I visited at the end of September!

Charged in Bend yesterday. Worked fine but wanted to make others aware there appeared to be a small homeless camp right behind the chargers on the other side of the short fence. May not be visible at all at night night. If you are there thinking no one is nearby it might not be so.
