With the new Supercharger map update, comes a new Supercharger in DFW. It appears to be coming in 2019, so we've got a bit of time.

I guess the question becomes if it will actually be downtown, or maybe in uptown. I guess in a parking garage either way.

I would prefer one up in Sherman (or even further up north) to plug the 75 route to OK and MO
And another one west of Fort Worth.
And of course the missing one in Wichita Falls

Then DFW metro will be surrounded by a ring of SuperCargers

I will be greedy and say one in Temple, TX

We really need to coordinate in an effort to get a Supercharger in Sherman. I'd love to be able to take 75 going north out of Texas.
Its a heavily traveled route to/from Dallas, 2nd only to Austin/Houston.

Dallas to Catoosa, OK is 260 miles, which is the direct route to Chicago and St. Louis. There is NOTHING in between !! Somewhere in McAlester, OK would be perfect.

We often take 75 to 69 to 44 from Dallas up through OK to Joplin and on towards StL & Chic. Currently we have to route west through Tulsa. Looks like there is one coming along 40 in Henryetta, but I wish it was a bit east near Checotah at the I40/US69 intersection. McAlester would also be nice. Kind of surprised that Choctaw Casino doesn't have any destination chargers. That could be a nice backup on that route.

Taking the eastern route through AK is no better. We would go I40 east through Little Rock, then pick up I55N before Memphis. But now you can't make it safely from Little rock to Miner, MO, so you need to drive through Memphis to the east side, charge up, then drive back west through Memphis again to pick up 55N. They are supposed to be adding SCs in Forrest City and Blythville AK by the end of 2018 that would fix this - they're running out of time.

Filing for a Supercharger at Fuel City Dallas located at 801 S Riverfront Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207. Supercharger filing is for 773 S Riverfront Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207. Completion date slated for June 2023.

@corywright @MarcoRP
Filing says 550 sf ft. I assume that's just for transformers. Do we have an idea of how many charging stations are going in?

So I literally visited this place less than a month ago, and I didn't see anything to indicate construction. But well...

Apparently they work, doesn't show up in-car yet. I count 9 stalls, my guess its 12 total.
