The big green cube is the utility transformer, and normally there is only one. The other thing to look for is the utility meter. Both are nearly the last step before activation -- the very last step is a visit from a Tesla tech.

Looks like these guys are putting in the final touches. They have been there for about an hour. I noticed they opened each stall and did something to the inside upper portion. They also removed the generator covers and plugged in each of the slow chargers.

So the slow 8kwh chargers next to the super chargers were dangling with plastic around them. They are now plugged into their sockets

The whole site is up and running or just the L2 chargers? Were you able to charge at the superchargers?

This is in a new location. The new one is in the Lowes parking lot and the existing one is in the Target parking lot.
