Well on family day I decided to drive over and today I find yellow caution tape wrapped around every charger. That seems to be the only difference. Let's hope this gets turned on soon

Look at this, from earlier today!
Well OK, ha ha, ecodrive is NOT actually charging yet in that photo... the Hamilton SC is NOT yet live (it's Day 91).
This photo isn't really about the foreground and the red beauty at all but about the background and the final transformer we've been waiting for that's now newly installed at the NW corner at the Upper Wentworth St - Yay!
Two close-ups of the transformer below.
1st: seen from the Upper Wentworth side (like my earlier photo of the "Brooklin" base),
2nd: seen from inside the lot (and ya gotta roll yur eyeballs re: extensive damage already done to the brand new curb):
The enclosure around the 5 transformers at the NE corner is indeed now completely closed off with the gates now put in on 2 sides:
The charger bases don't yet have any "1A" "1B" etc markers on them:
I saw a white "Ontario" gov't minivan drive in and around and back out - maybe a "drive-by" inspection?
(... a bit longingly now...) when can I finally get a drink of electrons?
Umm, can't maybe all the mud just wait, or will I *really* have to wait for the landscaping job first??

I'll be driving to Oakville from Buffalo for my 4 year service on March 20th. Wonder if the SC will be up by then? Looks like Grimsby would make more sense anyway.

Your shortest route would be to stay on the QEW all the way rather than detour up the Red Hill to the “Linc”. So agreed, the Grimsby SC rather than the Hamilton SC makes sense.

Friday night end-of-week status: the chargers’ “Tesla” signs all remain dark; no changes at all since above.

Ok well that fence behind the Chargers is gone so let's take that as a good sign lol. Anyone here want to do a meet up when they finally open? Maybe I can grab coffees and someone grab donuts etc. I'm open to any ideas

Just to update tonight that, well, there's again nothing to update

Photo 1: Still exactly the same 2 boards on the ground beside the last-installed transformer at the NW corner.
Are they actually a clue to the cause of the delay - are they loosely covering some kind of unfinished work?
Photo 2: Also as before, still no "1A" "1B" etc markers yet on the individual chargers.

So I went to limeridge mall this morning and found that those wood panels that were covering something near the transformer are now removed. Did the finish what was needed? I hope so but still no lettering on the superchargers (1a-1b etc) and the lights aren't on in the Tesla name. So something different than my last visit but still waiting for them to go on. Fingers crossed they will get it done soon
