Went by today and there are two techs replacing the bad cables and all things being equal they said the site should go live later today.
Watch your apps for it to come online. I may call by later after they have left to see if it's online or not.

Went by this evening. Stalls are off but the repairs appear complete. I suppose we have to wait for it to be turned up. The techs must have told me what I wanted to hear.

Things can always not go to plan. Maybe they ran out of time to reenergize it, or the utility isn't ready to commission it...
Have you driven by the new chargers in Hendersonville recently? They are not showing up on the Tesla app yet.

I went by Sunday afternoon. No dice.

Went by today and there was a tech working on the cabinets. He said that because the equipment sat for so long on site before being powered up there are multiple communication errors some of which are due to out of date software in the cabinet. He had his laptop hooked up and was upgrading the cabinets to bring software up to date and has replaced a few communication cables that are causing issues. He hopes to have it fixed today and it should show up on our apps before too long.
Pulled in today and there are no signs and appears to be operational, but when you plug in it doesn’t charge. While a lot of people think this was a poor location choice, the area is very populated and will be a busy location for sure.

Called by today. No dice. When I drove by yesterday at 4:30 the tech was still working on the cabinets and there was a second service vehicle, he must have called for reinforcements. Looks like they didn't get it fixed.

Called by Friday 4/5 at 6pm. The same tech who was at the site last Friday was working on the cabinets. He has replaced additional hardware but was still having issues making the cabinets communicate successfully.

I called by again today (Friday 4/12). The Tesla tech was at the station again and I spoke with him
The communications problems are all resolved. He is now busy replacing hardware in the stalls to upgrade them to be "NACS Compatible" to support non Tesla vehicles. Tesla sent 6 upgrade kits, Tesla mistakenly believed one of the stalls was already NACS Compatible. When the tech is finished today the stall closest to the transformer will be Tesla only. Tesla are sending a whole new stall for the last stall upgrade which will happen at another time.
Fingers crossed all goes well and the site comes online later this weekend.

Great news, it is up and running! Just happened to be over here shopping and decided to check, technician said he just got it working and I’m the first charge haha. Sorry JPWhite, you’ve been tracking this location enough for all of us you deserved the first charge

Yeah, just saw you post on the Powell Ave site and was about to reply that seems you've found a new local hobby! Enjoy.
Not sure when I'll get to Hendersonville again to try it out, but am sure will be there sometime this summer depending on when I go to visit family member that lives in the area.
