Substantially complete, it appears. That one slipped in under the radar. There's something in the water today...lots of SC updates. I'm going to check my driveway and see if there's one under construction there, as well. As a member of the TMC community, I feel ashamed that Tesla knew about this site before we did.

in fairness, Jarrell is one of those places where you need a reason to go, you don't pass through it on the way somewhere.

Not hating on Jarrell, its just one of those places that doesn't give you cause to get off the highway.
For most folks, passing through means flying along I35, rather than getting off the highway, so noticing changes isn't likely.

I can't find a TDLR filing for this site. Maybe that's why it wasn't watched as closely. We tend to watch sites more closely when we see TDLR project or permit filings.

Noticed that it was never listed as well. Reminds me of Alice TX install. Appeared just as fast. I usually check TDLR and this thread every morning.

Ahh got it. But this one is pretty visible from 35 had any of us been looking.

Lived in Austin for about 30 years and the only time I ever exited I35 to go through Jarrell was when the F5 tornado flattened the town and I was going to rubberneck. Probably not my best moment...
