Maverik was anticipated to install EV (DC) chargers at its brand new Las Cruces store. However, the gas station opened without any EV chargers in the ground. I guess they will install it later...
It's too bad. I thought after Makerik purchased Kum & Go, the latter of which has installed many EV chargers at convenience stores in Colorado, they'd ramp up their EV charger installations. I guess Maverik is still clinging to the old ICE and gasoline business model.
It's such a shame. They're missing the opportunity to have an early lead in EV convenience store charging here in the West. Since Circle K's expansion seems slow.
