FYI what you describe as "transformers" are the supercharger cabinets themselves (each servers 4 V3 pedistals). The smaller cabinet behind the supercharger cabinets is switching gear. The utility transformer is (or was) not onsite yet in the last picture - it goes on the pad where all those wires are coming up.
The missing pedestal may have just been not installed until the crew was able to get the supercharger and switching gear cabinets set on their pads. An assumption... but if so, the last pedestal should go in quickly.
Next major milestone would seem like Eversource installing the transformer and meter.
