The bases for the Superchargers are going inView attachment 352365
Interesting, those are very different from the bases that I've been seeing on the US installs. The bases for the Superchargers are going inView attachment 352365
That’s what I was thinking. I have not seen this before. 2 possibilitiesInteresting, those are very different from the bases that I've been seeing on the US installs.
I recently saw a video by Stantec (since removed from youtube) where they mentioned having to make some changes to Tesla's Supercharger build designs for installs in Canada. It was something about designing some engineering solutions for dealing with specific/unique soils for the Canadian geology. Maybe this is one of those? Regardless, a screw-up isn't a realistic possibility. This is clearly specialized hardware. Whatever it is had to have been called for on the building plans. The contractors didn't just fab something like that up on-site to deal with some unexpected issue. That’s what I was thinking. I have not seen this before. 2 possibilities
- new design
- they might have screwed up?
Interesting, But as a NB boy - this is dirt. Plain old dirt. these look like they may be using the new smaller stalls. Same power - smaller pedestal.I recently saw a video by Stantec (since removed from youtube) where they mentioned having to make some changes to Tesla's Supercharger build designs for installs in Canada. The urban ones?Looks like the new, smaller units. Same power - smaller cabinet.
If I had to guess based on the mount - yes. And truthfully, - the pedestals mean nothing. Size only. I expect them to all go that way totally at some point. No need for those big ones. Nut hey - just a guess. The urban ones?

Give me Woodstock and I'll be good and ready to attempt the Toronto-Charlottetown Cannonball Run.Was at Woodstock and King's Landing NBPower Charger locations yesterday and no sign of anything new. Staff at Woodstock Big Stop said they have been told they are definitely the location, but don't have a timeframe yet.
A-ha! The boxes read Lincoln. Rename? These pictures taken today. 17 Nov 18. Their timing is terrible. The trench is dug but they’ll be pouring concrete after the first big snowstorm of the year.
The location is locally known as the Lincoln Big Stop, not Waasis.A-ha! The boxes read Lincoln. Rename?View attachment 353613
You're confusing Tesla with a company that cares what locals think. The location is locally known as the Lincoln Big Stop, not Waasis.
