I do believe you've double counted one. Or counted a phantom station. There's only 12. You can count the parking signs instead to see. That last stall away from the cabinets where the charging pedestal is to the side (allows pull in parking) doesn't also have one along the back curb. So, 11 along the back curb and 1 to the side makes 12.

YES I did a typo on my phone and caught it when I got home on my desktop. I tried to edit it but it was too late. Your count is correct.

Has anyone seen the utility transformer? It'll be a big green cube. If so please post a picture; I don't see it in any of the pics posted so far.
