It gives you a warning almost immediately so I'm guessing that's what you saw. But the idle fees don't kick in unless and until you leave it plugged in and not charging for 5 minutes. If this is what happened, it seems reasonable to me.Thanks for the info. It was only about 30 seconds of "off but plugged in". Way less than the 5 minutes that you state. Is it possible that Lubbock is triggering faster? Anyway, what happened to me is not reasonable and needs to be corrected.
