Let’s hope it is right off 74. Atrium Union-West hospital area would be super convenient although I think that is in Stallings. Coming back from the beach can be tricky in Winter. Rockingham has helped, but that supercharger is too far off the bypass. Providence Road will be helpful but not for those heading straight to 77. It’s better for those looping on 485.

Matthews is where the Tesla service center currently is and also the future home of the new Tesla collision center a mile away. My assumption was there would a new SuC accessible to the public there next year, but that is just a guess.

Lubbock, TX is another recent example. I agree it is not the norm but it does happen. I also find it hard to believe Tesla is going to have a service center and a collision center in Matthews and is also going to have a supercharger site, but not at the service or collision center. Of course I could be wrong but it seems like a logical assumption at this point without further info.

1 mile from the existing service center which is in Matthews, so not sure if we are splitting hairs here on boundary lines or not. But like I said I could be wrong, just postulating at this point.

Anyone know of a SC being built in Matthews, NC? I was voting for new SC locations on Tesla.com and the map has a possible location in Matthews.

Likely too early at this point...says Q2 2023.

Could be at the service center or new collision center though.
