I was told that the Aynor City Council declined the offer for Tesla to put a charger in Aynor. I think it would be a great location. I cannot fathom a reason why you wouldn’t want people that have enough funds to own a Tesla not to stop and possibly spend money in a town where they are very likely only to pass through otherwise. I am amazed that Charleston only has one and one additional under permit. I would also hope that one gets placed in Georgetown SC.

I used to get a Philly cheese at Tonys Pizza 30 years ago when passing thru. But downtown GTN has/had some nice little shopping spots. Murrells inlet wouldn't be bad either.

I’m coming down the last week of April, so maybe it will be done by then. They are making great progress.

Man! This Supercharger station at Barefoot Landing is coming just in time. We live here. The number of vacationers with Teslas we see has increased dramatically.

yes!!! we visit once a year during the first 2 weeks of May and every 3 days or so I have to make the trip across town to charge back up since the condo locks all their 110v sockets so that people can't plug in. I could turn off sentry mode to save the battery, but I know the one time I do something will happen!

this will be amazing for n. myrtle so hopefully they get it completed and approved in the next month!

These are from several days ago. They expect to finish the primary work this week and it could be within another week that it goes live from what I was told. Also, they were installing the writing for additional chargers to be added later if needed. I'll try to get by there tomorrow or Tuesday.

I still have a serious concern about ICEing but we'll see.

All the places in Murrells Inlet are pretty good. My mom lives walking distance to some of the restaurants in MI which is nice! As far as Myrtle and North Myrtle, I’m not super familiar with the restaurants there.
