From the pictures, the lighting isn't complete. The (anchor base) poles are up but the fixtures aren't. Here's what that'll look like:

The same goes for the signs. There was one sign I previously didn't notice on the permit application btw, which is the pole on the rightmost corner of the snap by @AMPd. Otherwise here are all the signs to be added:

If anyone wants to look into the charging structure, they can compare with this to see what's remaining:

There are also missing bollards (short vertical posts) between stall 1A/1B and the transformer. And last, "EV CHARGING ONLY" lettering should appear on the asphalt in at least two stalls, 6B and 7A (even though these are 30 minute general parking).

That’s good but not enough in my opinion.

If I’m not mistaken that area is prone to power outages during rain storms.

So it is 200 kW, allowing two cars to charge at pretty much full speed, but how many kWhs? It looks like 6 Powerpacks, so that would be 1,260 kWhs. Or enough to charge ~18 100s from 10% to 80%. (Assuming of course it is setup to work during power outages and not just be for peak demand shaving.)

How much do you think would be appropriate to install? (Both kW and kWh)

I was mistaken. For some reason I read that as 200kWh, thought they were only putting one powerpack in
