That's exactly what they are. I've used the same ones in Whistler at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. They work great. Those are normally the 72kW Urban Superchargers. (So pairing doesn't matter.)

Surprised they are doing one in Surrey first, Since that isn't a planned one on Tesla's website
Maybe these are considered Destination Chargers (paid for by the mall) instead of Superchargers?
These are definitely urban superchargers (72kW), not destination chargers.
has anyone scouted out the supercharger locations for Burnaby, North Van, West Van, Richmond, and White Rock?

Whoa, didn't see this coming!
As X75D owner and ski lover Seattleite, I always had to stop two superchargers (Burlington & Squamish) when I hit Whistler. This will reduce my stops to single! Such a nice location.
Yeah I didn't get the idea of stopping here on the way to Whistler either. There is also a supercharger in Whistler of course (and many other L2 options).Unfortunately it probably won’t save you much time, at least northbound. The slower rate of urban chargers and you’ll have to wait longer to charge up to a higher level. Personally I prefer to drive faster and stop to charge more often (when possible).

No one said it was. Do you have any photos?Just a note to everyone; I stopped by this location just now and it is NOT IN OPERATION. I asked the crew and they couldn’t say when it would be up and running. Didn’t want anyone to plan on making this a trip stop yet.
