There are two Tacoma Power trucks parked at this site right now. No sign of a transformer, but hopefully it is a sign that they are getting ready for one.

Transformer on the pad. Still one light pole to install and remove wraps on the pedestals.
Getting even closer to completion—looks like the area light was installed, some bollards and sign posts going in today, and a few more pedestals unwrapped.
I'm back in town after a 3 week trip to Europe. The site is still as described by @Planebuilder . Hopefully we'll get a tech out here soon so this can get activated.
