I did a drive by just in case. It's still lacking a transformer and fenced off.

Is there a point of contact in Seattle City Light to find out why the delay and give them a nudge?

Call the number on their website or go to their offices. And they will make money on this so I doubt they are actively delaying this. If you want to nudge them, go ahead, but this looks like a transformer delay. Nothing you do or say will improve the supply issue unless you have billions laying around and want to start a transformer factory or convince a manufacturer to allow you to cut to the front of the line.

Thanks for the pic. Nothing we can do but wait for the transformer, at this and other Tesla Supercharger sites.
