I took these pictures yesterday. Did not see any specific Tesla equipment on the site but I would be pretty comfortable saying that this site is now under construction. The location matches the earlier posts on this thread; at the junction of Swift Creek Road and 5th Ave in front of the Esso and Tim Hortons. It appears to be an eight stall site. No workers on site when pictures were taken.

Great update. Thanks!

Excellent. Thank you for advising us, and send any more info / pix as you can.
I don't expect to be in Valemount again anytime soon. It is fairly likely that there are no Tesla owners living there and probably no TMC members residing there either. The best bet for updates would be Tesla owners/members passing through or perhaps a member who knows someone living there (who could take pictures from time to time).

These pictures are from yesterday morning that I took while driving through. There is clearly movement at the site.

The installation appears to be complete. But it is still behind a mesh fence 😕

Sadly it'll take 1-4 months before it's turned on. Massive backlog and bureaucracy at the Municipal and Provincial levels with permits and inspections. This is something that needs to be fixed as companies like Tesla, BC Hydro, Chevron, etc can install in like 1-2 weeks but it takes a quarter of a year for the govt to do paperwork!

This picture definitely looks exciting. This morning there was a paving crew and a truck parked there that resembles BC Hydro. Hopefully, it means something! I will be in the area on Monday or Tuesday and post the progress. View attachment 988707
The two things that would be good to clarify is whether the green BCH transformer is in place and if the meter has been installed (usually on one of the taller white Tesla cabinets).
