TACC - moved from AP to FSD?

Am I going mad, or have Tesla removed the TACC from Auto Pilot?
It’s now listed as one of the upgrades in the FSD package.

it could be that I’m misunderstanding what TACC is, as i though it was the system that slowed you down to match the speed of the car in front of you.

Not mentioned under autopilot. I can’t remember how it was listed when I bought back in March. Autosteer & TACC we’re both part of Autopilot then.

Just checked the Upgrade section of the App & TACC does show in the list of FSD features.

Not been out for a drive to see if it still works though.

Surely they can’t move a ‘free’ feature to another subscription model?

Works for me. Road trip last weekend majority on AP and car would slow down when car in front did

I don’t have FSD. TACC worked this morning.
I’m quite certain that Autopilot was shown to include TACC and autosteer when I bought.
To remove it after purchase would invite legal challenge. Certainly from me!

Autopilot TACC worked today just as before (motorway, dual carriageway, A roads).

The app and Tesla's website differ (see below, website at the top, app below). I'm sure someone at Tesla made a mistake when they 'added' TACC to the list of FSD features shown in the app. It should be 'Auto Lane Change'.

It could be Tesla will now only offer TACC with new orders.

Tesla have changed whats bundled in with AP/FSD numerous times over the years, but rarely if ever retrospectively apply to previous owners.

I drove a AP1 Model S loaner last week whilst my car was in the service centre and it definitely had auto lane change (even though you have to initiate the turn)

There is no way they’d remove TACC from Auto Pilot for existing customers. Is there?

I have no interest in FSD and only rarely use Auto Pilot as the nags to move the steering wheel are actually more annoying to me than simply steering the car myself. So I use TACC frequently on motorways.
