When I look at compatibility list it shows iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro….

So I can not use Apple Watch Ultra to unlock Model 3? I have 3024 Model 3 RWD on order, delivery shows March 14-28.

Yep. I recommend you try the app Watch for Tesla.

On the other hand: Usually when I go somewhere, I take my phone with me. One doesn't have to haul the phone out of one's pocket, just be near the car, and the car unlocks as one approaches it.

FWIW, if you leave the phone in the car, the car won't lock.

The app uses Bluetooth to do the deed.

I doubt Tesla actually did anything to support the Apple Vision Pro, whatever compatibility exists is probably the default. Tesla would have to implement support for the Apple Watch, and so far they’ve chosen not to do that. As the first reply suggested, there are third party solutions for the Apple Watch, but if you have your phone with you, you don’t really need one.
