I'm kind of curious if the driver of the Tesla will be charged with a crime...haven't been able to find anything more since May...

I'm curious what your thoughts are now.
I'm not disagreeing with you as I don't have any facts to go by, but when there is a tragedy like this the prosecutor likely feels obligated to press charges if only for appearance sake.
They don't file charges if they don't have evidence supporting their case.
Sure, because no one who's innocent has ever had charges filed against them, or been unjustly convicted. Bottom line, no conclusions can be drawn at this point, hopefully the system will work properly and come to the right conclusion, whatever it may be.They don't file charges if they don't have evidence supporting their case.
Just my personal opinion: this is not HLN or Nancy Grace, and none of us were there, so why don't we just leave it to the justice system rather than start speculating anew about how these poor folks died?
The Tesla driver was charged with vehicular manslaughter today:
For those who strongly disagreed with my theory (Dflye, Scriptacus, El Supreme, Capitalist Oppressor, etc.) I'm curious what your thoughts are now.
