Finally got my delivery text yesterday.
LR AWD Blue/White 19 inch, autopilot, no hitch
Ordered: 9/28
Vin: 10/15 - wrong color
Vin: 10/31 - finally correct one
Delivery set up for 11/12 in Chicago
Interesting fact, I've been shopping around for insurance and it wasn't looking pretty. Added the VIN to my progressive this morning and it increased my premium by $100 for 6 months total (with 1k deductible). Pretty slick if you ask me.

How long does it take for an entry on the spreadsheet to appear? Entered purchase info two days ago just received VIN and delivery dates and updated info to data base.

Ordered white/black LR on 10/27. Got email today to schedule delivery appointment. Scheduled for 11/18. Just over three weeks from order to delivery (assuming it holds).

No VIN yet. Called service phone, SA, went to Tesla delivery center at Fremont.
All of them told me I got to wait till end of November. WTF????

That's weird. I ordered the same configuration on 10/27. Got VIN on 11/1. Delivery scheduled for 10/18. 68xxx vin. From this forum I see a lot of orders made earlier getting higher VINs, so I am guessing mine had already been built before I ordered it.

Not in the database as yet, but here is my info. Ordered 10/24, VIN received 11/4 (72XXX), delivery 11/21. Red/black/20in wheels/ FSD.

I'm growing very inpatient when I see so many people who ordered after me, getting their vehicles delivered rather quickly. I'm about to either not buy a tesla, or simultaneously place a model 3 performance order and see which one gets here first. WHat a joke it would be if I got allocated a model 3 performance VIN before my 10/10 model Y order

Me too. But there is no waiting list for model 3, you most likely get it immediately.
I'm not sure any 2021 model 3's haven't been delivered yet in America. Estimate is 5-9 weeks on the builder. Its almost like tesla is going to be doing a MASS amount of deliveries in December for the USA.
