The cameras have 3 connections, continuous power, accessory power (switched on with the ignition) and ground.
So you'll have to look for suitable places to tap to get those. If you run the cable to the fuse box then there are several candidates, such as the 12V power socket fuse (cigarette lighter) for the accessory power. I found several guides online that are Tesla specific, they should give you some options.
