Three software updates with same release notes - ???

We took delivery of our 2017 Model X 100 D about two weeks ago, and in that time there have been three notifications of software updates. I've tied the vehicle to our home wifi network for the updates. Each update appears to have been successful. I'm puzzled that after each software update, I see the same release note page.

The vehicle software version is V8.1 (17.26.76)

What is going on? Is seeing the same release page over and over an expected phenomenon?

Yes, if they don't have major feature changes or new features they don't put them in release notes since it's just bug fixes.

We've seen the same for our S and X on different software releases.

Tesla updates cars in batches and usually makes small changes to relatively small groups of cars before rolling them out to the entire fleet. You probably got minor updates prior to the majority of the fleet and then got an updated version of the same releases once it was ready for all cars.
