Hey Doug, will the circles with "15" go up prior to the event so that we can see who's all attending? Or will it be done based on who attends, after the event?

Can anyone tell me how to "add" a guest for the cocktail party at Tesla on Saturday night after registering. I registered but now need to add a nephew who'd going Post doc work at Stanford to the Sat night event as a guest.

Log back in on the Registration page and click "Next" at the bottom to got to the second page (Registration and Payment). You can add your guest as A la Carte there. You don't need to add yourself again.

Alas, that doesn't work. The form gives an error and requires the "Primary" to enter a conference package. There is no "already registered" option!

Just fill in the guest info as the "Primary" and select A la Carte. I didn't really design the registration process for this purpose, but it will take payment and record an additional entry in the database, so it should work.

Just a head's up to all attendees planning to maybe do some driving around the SF Bay Area. There will be a major road closure that leads to/from the Golden Gate Bridge from the Thursday before TMC Connect through early Monday morning. They are completing the construction and connection of a piece of highway 101 called Doyle Drive. Stay away from the area--it will be a mess. Look at some maps, Google, etc and plan your 'extracurricular events' accordingly.
