Shorts would scream murder, but he wouldn't really get in trouble if it were a positive event. Firstly, his purchase is immaterial considering his position, secondly, he's been screaming from the rooftops that SP will go up, thirdly, SEC doesn't care unless shareholders get burned...Does anyone know what is the temporal legal buffer between Musk purchasing shares and some internal event, relevant in terms of share price impact, happening?
I don’t think these kids killed themselves for Chanos and the shorts. They were apparently racing and crashed. Opportunistic media will keep posting this BS sensationalism until they are called out and the clickbait doesn’t work. This accident is horrible. The fact someone filmed the people burning does not help the situation.
Also, I find it akward that this news is going up right as the market opens. Posts on here and Reddit at nearly the same time.
Is a 10 million buy material for someone owning 10 billion? Seems more a public message than a material investment.Does anyone know what is the temporal legal buffer between Musk purchasing shares and some internal event, relevant in terms of share price impact, happening?
Great hope but production fluctuates, so uncertainty rules?

Historic step in California: All new homes must have solar panelsWho is Twitter, and is he serious?
Remember there are over 300,000 Nissan LEAF's on the road. 90mph is plenty fast enough, the Model X that crashed into the barrier on a crowded highway was most likely doing less than that.

And of course this is TE, which is already a ZERO, so all up from here
Hardly news today though, this from last weekend: California to require solar panels on most new homes
