Two Model 3 changes - Beginning of June

Really interested to see if the UK/EU-bound M3s currently in the middle of the Atlantic have USB C + wireless installed. I have a 732xxx vin but the ship left San Francisco at the end of May so they must have been manufactured prior to that.

Also a bunch of AUS bound cars with 725/726 VINs, that had production dates of 17/5 (day factory reopened). Deliveries from 22/6 supposedly.

Would be nice if someone can confirm this next week. And also I am curious about the build quality. The MY has some serious production issues - I heard they are building them in the M3 tent? Hopefully the M3 is on a good track as it was a solid build for some time.

Weird... Mine is 719xxx. I know Tesla doesn't do sequential numbers, but that seems like a big gap.

In 2018 (so ancient history I know), I had a vin for my model 3p in the 144,XXX range. I went to pick up the car, and it had so many issues on delivery that even the delivery person said "you probably should reject this car". He went to talk to his manager, and they had another car with the exact same spec in stock at the delivery center, so offered to swap me into that.

I happened to have the "born on" manufacturing date the car with the 144,XXX vin, and it was November 19th. The car they wanted to swap me into had a ven of 130,XXX, so I asked what the born on date was for that car. It was November 17th. I got the day of MFR from the delivery specialist of both cars, so I had not just the month, but the day.

I highly doubt tesla ( who was trying to make 5k cars a week at the time, produced 15k cars in 2 days, so this was proof to me that they assign the vins in batches and not sequentially.

The numbers and volume are higher now, but its likely a similar process.

Just spoke to my SA here in the UK - he did not have any information on this - said almost sure that my car will not have it (delivery 25-June) - in context - its about 50-100 bucks for the wireless charging - not too fussed about the USB-C ports at the mo...

He gave me an option to delay till the next shipment (Aug I think) - not keen on waiting so long.

Could anyone confirm that center console now has 2 USB-C ports and not USB-C + USB-A like on Model Y? Thanks!

One USB-C, one USB-A. They use the USB-C to connect the stock wireless charger
